[Hiring] Call Center / Customer Service Representative @Cardinal Health

Role Description

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Call Center / Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive customer experience. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Make outbound calls as needed (follow-ups, surveys, or support)
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Document all customer interactions in the system
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, handle time, and attendance
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
