[Hiring] Call Center Agent @UPS

Role Description

You are the new point of contact for our current and potential customers. The telephone agent will manage our customers' telephone calls, providing accurate information. It will professionally resolve any incident presented within the guidelines provided and will offer new UPS products whenever requested, as well as attract new customers.

What would your day-to-day life be like?

• Answering customer phone calls.
• Provide customers with accurate and complete information.
• Understand, establish and professionally resolve any incident presented, adapting to the guidelines provided and will offer new UPS products, whenever requested, as well as attract new customers.
• Explain actions and commitments.
• Follow security guidelines to protect our customers' data.

Qualifications

• Essential knowledge of English and Portuguese.
• Knowledge of other languages is valued.
• Computer knowledge at user level.
• Experienced at Microsoft Excel.
• Good at communicating and doing business; experience is desirable but not required.
• Education level: 12th grade.
• Availability to work from 11.00am to 19.00pm.
