Role Description

We're looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to help clients navigate booking requests, compare options, and keep important details organized from start to finish. As a Remote Booking Consultant, you'll assist with:

• Scheduling and reservation support
• Client communication
• Research
• Accommodations, transportation, activities, or itinerary-related details, depending on the client's needs

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people make decisions, researching options, and making sure important details are handled accurately. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, administration, scheduling, sales support, or client relations can be helpful, but it is not required.
