[Hiring] Billing Representative III @Quest Diagnostics

Role Description

Work independently and as part of a team triaging cases from Sales/Customer Solutions and finding resolutions to billing issues. Collecting data from ARBRR and PowerBI, generating excel spreadsheets and/or Pivot Tables to show trends all while maintaining production standards.

• Outbound calls to Quest clients for outstanding invoices owed to Quest.

Qualifications

• Relevant skills and training.
• Experience in billing or related field.
• Education and certifications as applicable.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Experience with Excel, including Pivot Tables.
