Role Description

As a Billing Client Care Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive, seamless experience for our clients. With a strong sense of urgency and professionalism, you will handle high-touch billing inquiries and escalations, collaborating across teams to deliver timely and accurate resolutions. Your ability to navigate complex situations with ease will help build trust, strengthen client relationships, and reinforce our brand’s commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt, personalized, and solution-focused support.
• Manage the billing inbox and phone line, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within department guidelines and service standards.
• Take ownership of each inquiry from start to resolution, collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate follow-up.
• Maintain current knowledge of billing processes, policies, and system updates to support accurate and efficient service delivery.
• Identify and report recurring issues or trends, recommending process improvements and providing backup support to the Billing Specialist as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience as a Billing Specialist
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work overtime and flex schedule as needed

Pay Range

USD $21.63 - USD $26.44 /Hr.
