[Hiring] Bilingual Travel Customer Service Representative @International SOS

Role Description

This is a newly created permanent position. We are seeking highly skilled Bilingual Travel Customer Service Representatives who have GDS experience and are TICO certified to support global client programs and deliver world-class service to high-value customers.

• Respond to inbound requests through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide polished, timely, and accurate support related to lifestyle services, travel coordination, entertainment, dining, events, and loyalty program benefits.
• Help create seamless, unforgettable experiences while representing some of the world’s most recognized brands.

• Strong geographical knowledge and genuine passion for travel.
• A passion for helping customers and solving problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to multitask across multiple systems and requests.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

• Valid TICO certificate (required).
• Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo etc.) is highly valued.
• Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of travel, airline, or hospitality experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of interactive customer service experience.
• Call center (1+ year) or high-volume service experience preferred.
• Personal global travel experience is an asset.
• Must be located in Ontario, Canada.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Have a private work-from-home environment with reliable hardwired internet.
• Ability to pass required background screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
