[Hiring] Bilingual Strategic Services Consultant @Sprout Social

Role Description

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Bilingual Strategic Services Consultant on the Professional Services team as part of the Sales & Customer Experience organization.

This is a versatile, customer-facing consulting role centered primarily on driving long-term social media strategy, executive partnership, and strategic performance optimization for enterprise customers. While the core focus of this position is delivering high-impact Premier Success engagements, you will also lead end-to-end platform implementations to onboard and configure Sprout for newly acquired or expanding accounts. Additionally, as a bilingual consultant fluent in English and Spanish, you will serve as a critical partner for our English and Spanish-speaking enterprise customers across key regions.

What you'll do

• Premier Success (Primary Focus)
  • Lead ongoing strategic consulting engagements that elevate our customers' social strategy, partnering with Customer Success Managers.
  • Optimize customers' social operations by evaluating workflows and aligning social media strategy to business objectives.
  • Strategize with executive stakeholders on leveraging social intelligence and cross-platform analytics.
  • Execute tailored Premier Success deliverables such as custom performance reports and strategy workshops.
  • Support customers in mastering complex social strategy use cases.
  • Drive continued growth and feature adoption across customer organizations.
• Implementation (Secondary Focus)
  • Lead tailored and value-driven implementation experiences across Sprout’s product suite.
  • Guide customers through a structured implementation lifecycle.
  • Configure platform settings based on customer requirements.
  • Deliver interactive product trainings that drive adoption.
• Bilingual Engagement & Operations
  • Conduct consulting and training fluently in both English and Spanish.
  • Leverage Professional Services technology stack to manage project timelines.
  • Help operationalize internal consulting services to elevate the Professional Services team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with professional fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• 4+ years in social media strategy, professional services, software implementation, or strategic SaaS consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in social strategy development and execution.
• Experience developing custom consulting deliverables and strategic reporting frameworks.
• Experience in training external audiences and navigating complex software platforms.
• Deep understanding of software implementation processes and change management.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing customer engagements.

Requirements

• Prior background in a social agency, enterprise brand social role, or dedicated SaaS consulting practice.
• Subject matter expertise in sophisticated social strategy domains.
• High data literacy with proven ability to turn social intelligence into business growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with cross-functional software lifecycle collaboration.
