Role Description

We are hiring bilingual Portuguese/English independent contractors to provide remote customer service and sales support within the travel and vacation industry.

• Handle inbound customer service and sales calls.
• Assist members with vacation and resort requests.
• Offer alternative vacation options when requested locations are unavailable.
• Explain and sell membership packages and services.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide first-call resolution.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Must speak English and Portuguese fluently.
• Customer service, call center, travel, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment.
• Own computer equipment and reliable high-speed internet.
• Must complete a background check and photo ID verification.
• Must complete the required registration, assessment, and certification process.

Requirements

• Service hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–11:00 PM ET and Saturday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM ET.
• A minimum of 4 hours is required on Saturday and/or Monday.
• This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employment position.
