Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding our medical patients and assisting them through their journey with medical cannabis. The focus will be on providing exceptional customer care to both internal and external customers by always ensuring customer satisfaction through multiple channels of communication.

• Responsible for registering new and renewal clients, daily, and ensuring accuracy of information.
• Responsible for meeting a 95% accuracy level on client data entered in Ample.
• Responsible for meeting and or exceeding registration metrics set up by Supervisor.
• Establish and maintain a maximum level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain 100% confidentiality with company and client information.
• Responsible for registering and renewing clients to ensure we are meeting daily/monthly targets.
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Providing support to the Care Team on daily tasks, such as Emails and VAC Approvals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
• Flexible and responsive to both the needs of the customer and the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe, and Excel.
• Work effectively as a team member, or individually as required, in a highly energized and demanding environment.
• 1-2 years’ related experience required.
• Industry experiences are an asset.
• College diploma or post-secondary education.
• Bilingual – French and English required.
