Role Description

The Bilingual French Financial Service and Collections Representatives at SinglePoint are dedicated professionals who exemplify professionalism, responsibility, and goal-orientedness. Our representatives handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, sensitivity, and urgency.

This position is starting on March 23, 2026. Successful candidates MUST be available to start. This position is temporarily remote (train and work from home) based on the Client’s directive. We have a permanent full-time opportunity in Ontario.

This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week). Our business operates between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST, and this role requires flexibility within those hours. You must be available to work any 5 consecutive days based on one of the following schedule options, with shifts starting at either 12:00 PM EST or 3:15 PM EST:

• Tuesday to Saturday
• Wednesday to Sunday
• Saturday to Wednesday
• Sunday to Thursday

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is required
• Strong communication and computer navigation skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Banking or collections experience is an asset
• Committed and willing to learn and grow within the business
• One year of experience working in a high volume call centre environment is an asset
• Must be available to work flexible shifts

Requirements

• Receive inbound and make outbound customer calls regarding past due accounts and facilitate payment arrangements to bring accounts to a current balance
• Handle each call with a high level of professionalism and respect while ensuring the needs of the customer and business are satisfied
• Resolve customer account discrepancies
• Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
• Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations

Compensation

Hourly rate of $20.00/hour plus bonus.
