[Hiring] Bilingual Customer Service & Technical Support Representative @AV Staffing Solutions

Role Description

We’re recruiting on behalf of an IT implementation company’s new Call Center for FLUENT Spanish/English Customer Service & Technical Support Representatives. This is a fully remote role supporting a 365-day, 24/7 call center.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and chat in Spanish and English
• Greet customers, verify accounts, listen carefully, and show empathy
• Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, and basic device issues (Level 1–2 support)
• Use tools such as Freshdesk, Sonar CRM and other internal systems
• Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures/SLAs
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish & English (spoken and written)
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center/help desk preferred)
• Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting (internet, Wi-Fi, devices)
• Strong typing and multitasking skills (navigate multiple systems while assisting customers)
• Professional, patient, and calm with upset or frustrated customers
• Must live in NY State or Florida (prefer close to Plainview, NY or Ocala, FL area)
• Reliable wired internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Requirements

• Willing to work overnights, weekends, and rotating schedules in a 24/7 environment

Benefits

• Pay: $17-18 per hour, depending on experience

• Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute meal break per shift (set by company schedule)
