We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can build strong customer relationships, provide exceptional service and confidently turn customer interactions into sales opportunities.

• Provide professional and friendly customer support in English and Spanish
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities during customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to support retention and conversion
• Process orders, enquiries and customer requests accurately
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Meet and exceed customer service and sales targets
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an excellent customer experience

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, professional and customer-focused
• Comfortable identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills
• Able to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities
• Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
• Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A reliable and professional approach to working remotely
