Role Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Chat Agent (English/Spanish) working remote, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information through chat.
• Reflect accurate responses to customer inquiries using instant messaging software.
• Make outbound calls to dealerships as needed for customer inquiries or case resolution.
• Research and determine appropriate actions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Meet individual performance objectives, including customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Exhibit empathy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and expertise in customer interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and organizational changes.
• Participate in team meetings and engage in coaching and training opportunities.
• Adhere to and support all Percepta, Client ISO, Quality Systems, and related initiatives.
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
• Maintain professional working relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a chat contact center or digital communications environment.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Dynamic, engaging, and professional writing style.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and business communication ability.
• Proven customer service expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• High levels of empathy and adaptability.
• Proficient in using chat platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.

Requirements

• $90 hourly.
• Remote work: Schedule from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off / Day shift (40 hours per week).
