Role Description

As a Client Services Representative, you'll deliver exceptional, prompt, professional client support—assisting with voluntary benefits claims, billing, enrollments, and benefits questions via phone, email, and meetings.

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, delivering timely, professional, and responsive service.
• Assist clients and plan participants with benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, employment status changes, and terminations.
• Support benefits administration activities, including eligibility management, billing coordination, and policy maintenance.
• Respond to inquiries regarding benefit plans, coverage, claims procedures, billing matters, and other related service requests.
• Coordinate with carriers, account managers, benefit coordinators, and internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure accurate service delivery.
• Assist with voluntary benefits claims and support clients throughout the claims resolution process.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns, service issues, and escalated requests efficiently and professionally.
• Follow established service workflows while identifying opportunities to improve client experiences and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish & English.
• Experience in customer service, benefits administration, insurance operations, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience supporting employee benefits, voluntary benefits, or insurance programs (preferred).
• Experience working with benefit enrollment and administration systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of claims processing, eligibility management, and billing reconciliation (preferred).
• Experience managing multiple client relationships in a service environment (preferred).
• Insurance license or ability to obtain licensure, if applicable (preferred).
