Role Description

Phoenix A.M.D. International Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Claims Resolution Specialist to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing Service Plan claims from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll work closely with consumers, retailers, and service technicians to ensure claims are resolved efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide updates and resolve claim-related issues.
• Manage claims from initiation through resolution while meeting service level expectations.
• Resolve open claims efficiently within established timelines.
• Accurately document claim activity and customer interactions in the claims management system.
• Build positive relationships with consumers, retailers, and service partners.
• Investigate claim concerns and identify effective solutions.
• Prioritize workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department performance goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
• Organized with exceptional time management skills.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or call centre experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Furniture/bedding knowledge or warranty claims experience is considered an asset (training provided).
