Role Description

Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor.

Shift: between 6:00am-10:00pm (must be flexible within these hours)

What will you do?

• Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real-world automotive mechanical experience.
• Assess the necessity, scope, and accuracy of recommended repairs based on industry standards and hands-on experience.
• Ensure repair and maintenance work is performed appropriately and priced fairly.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings through technical review and, when appropriate, negotiate repairs; document all savings realized.
• Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are technically sound and consistently followed.
• Maintain individual performance metrics at or above established goals.
• Contribute positively to team morale and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
• Adapt to operational changes while remaining calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.
• Maintain a professional image, strong work ethic, and accountability in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Valid mechanic’s license 310S or 310T.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair.
• Bilingual (English/French) required.
• 5+ years relevant experience in a contact center setting (Asset).
• Post-Secondary Education (i.e. College diploma, Certificate, or Apprenticeship) (Asset).
• Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Asset).
• ASE certification or willing to obtain within established timeline set by ARI.
