Role Description

Provides day-to-day delivery of critical lending operations processes including:

• Loan administration and servicing activities.
• Execution of payments, transactions, service requests, and administrative activities.
• Fulfillment of stakeholder inquiries/requests within relevant service level agreements.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to promote efficient processes and workflows.
• Advice and guidance on implementation of solutions.
• Execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communication with internal business partners and external customers.
• Monitoring and tracking performance, addressing any issues.
• Integration of information from multiple sources for enhanced analysis and reporting.
• Data analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support for change management activities.
• Timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
• Resolution of standard issues, referring non-routine issues to senior team members.
• Input and analysis into continuous improvement of business processes.
• Accurate processing of service requests and transactions.
• Documentation management and data entry for loan information.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to fulfill service delivery expectations.
• Development and maintenance of understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Support for development of tools and training focused on business results.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving within given rules.
• Independent work with broader accountabilities as needed.
• Application of Risk Management Framework in role execution.

Qualifications

• Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology.
• In-depth understanding of key products, services, processes, and controls.
• In-depth knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements.
• Good prioritization skills.
• In-depth PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
• In-depth verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth collaboration and team skills.
• In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth influence skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
