Role Description

We are seeking driven, service-focused professionals who want to build meaningful careers in a fully remote environment while making a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs
• Assess each client’s needs and provide personalized guidance
• Explain life and supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
• Support clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards
• Provide ongoing client support including policy reviews and updates
• Assist clients with beneficiary changes and general service requests
• Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
• Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team collaboration

Qualifications

• Strong communicators who enjoy helping others
• Self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently
• Organized individuals who can manage schedules and digital systems effectively
• Candidates confident using Zoom and other virtual platforms
• Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
• Individuals open to coaching, mentorship, and continuous development

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
• Must be physically located within the United States
• Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support provided)
