Role Description

As a Benefits Payroll Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing accurate, timely, and empathetic support to employees regarding payroll, taxes, and other benefits-related inquiries. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, navigating multiple systems while ensuring every interaction is professional, precise, and supportive. • Manage a steady volume of inbound calls.
• Answer questions about payroll and tax matters such as W-2s, stock options, and deductions.
• Provide guidance while following established procedures.
• Deliver a positive experience for every caller.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and call center experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with payroll, taxes, or employee financial services preferred.
• Excellent internet navigation and typing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing a high volume of calls.
• Ability to follow guidelines and provide accurate information.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Successful completion of background check.

Requirements

• Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175).
• Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router.
• Currently NOT hiring in the following geographies:

  • Metro Areas: Minneapolis - MN, Washington, DC, Denver - CO, Boulder - CO, Edgewater - CO, Flagstaff - AZ.

• Estimated salary range for this role is $29,640 - $37,050.
• Position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive based on business need.
