What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families through Zoom
• Explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and respectfully
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
• Maintain organized digital records using secure cloud-based platforms
• Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
• Build strong relationships that support long-term client satisfaction
