Role Description

AO Globe Life is hiring experienced professionals to support veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations. This fully remote role offers schedule flexibility, structured training, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—without cold calling or outbound prospecting. All client appointments are warm and pre-qualified. This position is ideal for professionals who value service, integrity, and long-term relationship building.

• Host scheduled Zoom consultations with clients
• Clearly explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options
• Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing policy support
• Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring compliance standards
• Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership workshops

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits advising, sales, financial services, or client support
• Strong virtual communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, coachable, and mission-driven
• Comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems, and digital documentation platforms
• A genuine passion for serving veterans and their families
