Role Description

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our remote team. This role is centered around client support, benefit education, and helping families understand the options available to them through a simple virtual process.

In this position, you will connect with clients and members who have requested information about their benefits. You will help review eligibility, explain available programs, and guide clients through the enrollment process in a professional and supportive way.

• Responding to incoming client inquiries
• Returning calls and following up with members
• Reviewing benefit enrollment information
• Helping determine eligibility for available programs
• Explaining coverage options clearly and professionally
• Creating personalized benefit recommendations using a needs-based system
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Working closely with leadership and training teams
• Staying updated on current products, services, and company procedures
