What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
• Explain available benefit options and help clients make informed decisions
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
• Maintain organized digital records of client interactions
• Participate in team development meetings and training sessions
