Role Description

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and helping others make important decisions? We’re looking for motivated professionals to join our team as Benefits Advisors. This is more than a traditional customer service position. You’ll work directly with working families, learn how to understand their needs, educate them on the benefits available, and guide them through their options.

• Previous sales or benefits experience is helpful, but not required

Requirements

• Meet virtually with families to understand their needs and provide benefit information
• Conduct client presentations and consultations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Explain available options clearly and professionally
• Help clients make informed decisions
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Develop the skills necessary to take on additional responsibility and leadership opportunities
