Work from home helping people who already requested info about benefit programs. You follow up, see if they qualify, and guide them through their options.

• Meet with clients on Zoom
• Follow up with inbound member requests
• Review eligibility + explain options
• Help clients enroll + answer questions
• Keep notes + stay organized

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated + organized
• Comfortable using Zoom + basic tech
• U.S. work authorization
• Reliable internet + Windows computer
