Role Description

Coram/CVS Health is looking for dependable, customer service oriented individuals to join our Enteral Nutrition Center team! As an Authorization and Prescription Representative you will support the Enteral Nutrition department by processing authorization/prescription requests and ensuring all documentation is accurate before shipping orders.

• Directly impact a patient’s life by processing new patient orders.
• Update electronic medical records.
• Work with the Patient Admissions department to help bring a patient on service with the Company.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry
• Experience working in Microsoft Office programs
• Prior DME experience
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Basic math skills

Requirements

• Experience working in a healthcare environment (preferred)
• Home infusions or durable medical equipment (DME) experience (preferred)
• Experience working with healthcare insurance (preferred)
• High School diploma or GED
