Role Description

Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who loves helping customers but is ready for a different challenge? Adams Automotive is building the future of automotive customer experience, and we’re looking for a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing Remote Inbound Call Center team. This is not a traditional call center role.

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Build trust and rapport with customers
• Convert inbound opportunities into booked appointments
• Review vehicle history and customer concerns
• Coordinate with service advisors and managers at multiple locations
• Deliver world-class customer service
• Support customer retention efforts

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor experience required
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working in multiple software systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Positive, team-first attitude
