Role Description

The Associate National Accounts Specialist supports G.E.H.A Solutions Inc.’s clients and network partners by responding to service inquiries, researching provider participation, and assisting with provider referral and nomination processes. This position supports the National Accounts team, helping ensure inquiries are resolved according to contractual requirements, and escalates concerns that may impact department key performance indicators to the Supervisor.

• Responds to incoming service inquiries regarding network providers and nomination requests.
• Researches, analyzes, and documents service inquiries to support timely and accurate resolution.
• Provides administrative and operational support to National Accounts Specialists and department leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college coursework may be considered in lieu of related work experience.
• Entry-level experience (0-2 years) in a call center, customer service, healthcare, insurance, dental office, billing, claims, clerical, or administrative support environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review information accurately and follow established procedures.
• Basic problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to identify when an issue should be escalated.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet established timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, or similar customer relationship management and tracking systems preferred.
• Previous clerical or administrative experience in healthcare, insurance, account management, dental services, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with provider networks, dental terminology, service inquiries, or claims-related processes preferred.
• Must reside in the Kansas City Metro.
• Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
• Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms.
• Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
• A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
