Role Description

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and gets things done? CoverSafe is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Area Coordinator to help keep our customers, technicians, builders, and daily service operations moving. This is much more than a customer service position. You will be at the center of the operation, coordinating schedules, solving problems, communicating with customers and field teams, and making sure commitments are followed through from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a high volume of calls, emails, and requests.
• Coordinate service and installation schedules while balancing customer needs, technician availability, geography, and changing priorities.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and ongoing communication.
• Create and maintain customer profiles, service orders, payment information, and job details.
• Prepare quotes and explain CoverSafe products, warranties, maintenance plans, and service options.
• Solve problems, communicate changes, and handle difficult conversations when necessary.
• Follow up on open jobs, customer concerns, outstanding invoices, and commitments through resolution.
• Build strong relationships with customers, pool builders, technicians, and internal teams.
• Support B2B relationships and participate in meetings with prospective customers.

• Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination, construction, home services, or a related field is a plus.
