Role Description

We are currently seeking organized, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as Appointment Schedulers. In this position, you will communicate with members who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefit programs. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate virtual appointments, respond to inquiries, and ensure members receive the information and assistance they need. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, managing schedules, and working in a professional remote environment. No previous experience is required. Requirements

• Coordinate and schedule virtual appointments with members requesting benefit information
• Communicate with individuals through phone, email, and online platforms
• Confirm appointment details and provide reminders when necessary
• Respond to general questions regarding available programs and appointment procedures
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and update member information
• Follow up with individuals to reschedule missed or incomplete appointments
• Assist members with basic digital forms and required information
• Collaborate with team representatives to ensure appointments are handled efficiently
• Participate in virtual meetings, training, and ongoing development
