Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Amadeus Corporate Travel Agent to join our growing team! This fully remote, weekend-only position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to corporate travel clients. You’ll be responsible for managing travel requests efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client care.

• Handle corporate travel requests (air, hotel, and car bookings) with speed and accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email (heavy phone volume)
• Manage ticketing, including exchanges and modifications
• Respond to client emails quickly and efficiently
• Troubleshoot travel issues and provide timely solutions
• Ensure all bookings meet client policies and preferences

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Corporate Travel Agent experience
• Current Amadeus GDS proficiency (required)
• Strong knowledge of ticketing and exchanges
• Experience booking hotels and rental cars
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage high call volumes
