Role Description

As an Affiliate Network Coordinator at Health Advocate, you will support the recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of qualified affiliate counselors and behavioral health professionals across assigned regions. Your primary accountability is to recruit, verify, document, and maintain a compliant and responsive affiliate behavioral health network aligned with operational demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in project administration, human resources, or customer service (healthcare industry preferred)
• Confidence conducting structured phone interviews
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• Professional written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of experience required in project administration, human resources, or customer service preferably in a healthcare industry
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required

Benefits

• Pay: $17 per hour
• Hours: 8:30 am EST - 5 pm EST
