Role Description

We are excited to announce that our ASC Team is ready to grow! We are seeking the right candidate to join our team as an ASC Coordinator in a 90-day temporary position, with the potential for permanent employment based on ongoing business needs. This is a part-time, remote opportunity to support customer inquiries by phone, email, social media, and online reviews.

The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with a proven ability to convert inquiries into appointments and provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, including social media comments and reviews.

Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator

The Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator supports and manages prospect onboarding; from the first point of contact from an inquiry, to their Introductory Session with FastFit or The Perfect Workout.

• Manages prospect interest communication across multiple channels.
• Oversees social media responses for FastFit and The Perfect Workout.
• Develops and implements communication for all inquiries.
• Responsible for managing active member communications with efficient response times.
• Facilitates communication needed between active members, the studios, and Regional Managers.

Key Functions

• Prospect onboarding.
• Schedule Introductory Sessions for open inquiries.
• Develop and implement communication processes for social media inquiries.
• Assist active members with customer service needs.
• Facilitate communication between members, inquiries, and company staff.

Description of Duties

Prospect Onboarding

• Receive prospect outreach by call, text, or email, and respond in a timely manner to schedule the inquiry for an introductory session.
• Manage all prospect communication for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and Yelp.
• Follow procedures and facilitate communication needed between inquiries, the studios, and Regional Managers.

Member Services

• Manage active member communications with efficient response times to address any customer service needs, issues, questions, or concerns.
• Facilitate communication needed between active members, inactive members, the studios, and Regional Managers.
• Send the link to our member app to members to direct them to the most efficient way of scheduling/rescheduling their workouts.

Qualifications

• Current or former employee of Fastfit or The Perfect Workout.
• Ability to work remotely from home.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter with a pattern of success at what he/she undertakes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong team player mindset.
• Confidence and ease in communicating across multiple channels (phone calls, texts, email, and social media).
• Coachable - willing to try new things and capable of pivoting to new procedures.
• Education-driven with the ability to implement key takeaways into introductory calls.
• Ability to answer every call and question with the intention of having a positive outcome.
