[Hiring] Account Solutions Representative @Credit Acceptance

Role Description

As an Account Solutions Representative, you change lives by helping to keep the customer on the road to a better financial future. Your role includes:

• Creating solutions to assist customers in becoming current on their accounts.
• Creating solutions to assist customers in canceling or stopping vehicle repossession.
• Handling phone calls, spending a majority of your time signed on to our phone system for inbound and outbound calls.
• Contacting customers who are behind on their auto loan payments efficiently and lawfully.
• Working professionally and respectfully with customers to help them maintain current accounts.
• Ensuring customer contact information is up to date.
• Leveraging our call model to assist in setting up promises that help bring accounts current and/or cancel repossessions.
• Supporting additional customer service requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment (nice to have).
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry (nice to have).
• Experience in any position requiring excellent customer support or persuasive skills (nice to have).
