[Hiring] Technology Compliance & Privacy Analyst @Akraya

Role Description

This role involves identifying and analyzing technology and privacy compliance risks across various domains like AI, open-source, and cloud technologies. The analyst will also manage legal documentation related to data processing activities and service providers. A primary focus will be on reducing risks by understanding business needs and facilitating cross-functional collaborations.

• Conduct privacy impact assessments for various programs and digital platforms.
• Provide clear compliance guidance to business partners.
• Document data processing activities and service provider agreements.
• Stay current with global privacy and technology legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain compliance training materials.

Qualifications

• Regulatory interpretation and application.
• Risk and control assessment proficiency.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience in understanding and interpreting global data privacy and technology regulations to apply them to business operations and technical requirements.
