    • Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Supply Chain teams to quantify and capture duty recovery opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements associated with duty drawback claims and customs incentives.
  • Country-Specific Permits, Licenses, and Regulatory Requirements
    • Maintain oversight of country-specific import permits, export licenses, radioactive material authorizations, customs registrations, and regulatory approvals required for radiopharmaceutical products and isotopes.
    • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and local affiliates to secure and maintain required permits and licenses.
    • Monitor import restrictions, nuclear regulatory requirements, and health authority requirements affecting cross-border movements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Provide trade compliance expertise during product launches, market expansions, acquisitions, and supply chain initiatives.
    • Train employees and business partners on global trade compliance requirements.
