[Hiring] Senior Compliance Analyst @JLL

Role Description

The Senior Compliance Analyst position will be a key member of the Compliance Team within the accounts Center of Excellence. The focus will be to ensure compliance and execution with regard to JLL and client requirements. This role provides hands‑on delivery of performance management reporting, HSSE reporting requirements, and auditing.

What your day to day will look like:

• Your day will be focused on three key areas: performance management reporting, HSSE requirements and reporting, and auditing.
• Provide technical reporting and support on HSSE regulatory compliance issues.
• Manage trend analysis to adjust management systems as necessary.
• Provide JLL Team and Client Team with key performance and risk indicators.
• Participate with operating sites as needed to lead or support the reporting requirements as provided by the client contract.
• Support environmental compliance efforts as specified in the JLL/client Master Service Agreement (MSA)/Statement of Work (SOW).
• Perform complex audits for account compliance and risk management.
• Ensure all facilities operations meet local, state, national, and client-specific requirements; maintain compliance documentation and proactively address regulatory gaps.

Governance and Operational Framework:

• Develop and maintain governance structures: standardized methodologies, operating procedures, playbooks, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics (procurement performance, savings realization, supplier performance, process efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction).
• Ensure alignment with account-level strategy, business priorities, and JLL enterprise standards.

Portfolio and Project Management:

• Maintain centralized tracking systems and dashboards for all initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.

Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement:

• Drive systematic improvement through lessons learned, post-implementation reviews, root cause analysis, and best practice dissemination.
• Identify and implement process streamlining opportunities to eliminate redundancies and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reporting and auditing systems.

Data Integrity:

• Maintain and audit data records for accuracy and compliance.
• Captures step-by-step digital data records for safety inspections (OSHA, ISO).
• Creates legally defensible audit logs for regulatory inspections.
• Enforces the client’s purchasing policies, "Not-To-Exceed" (NTE) thresholds and auto-validates invoices.
• Eliminates billing errors, curbs rogue spending, and automates invoice reconciliation.

Executive Communication and Reporting:

• Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and reports on performance, portfolio health, financial impact, operational risks, and improvement initiatives as supported in the clients SOW’s and IFSM manual.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between operations and other account operational and facilities management service lines.
• Ensure compliance with JLL and client policies, contracting requirements, regulatory obligations, and audit standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 3+ years of HSSE experience.
• 3+ years in auditing and reporting.
• 3+ years in performance management.
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant standards, legislation, codes of practice, guidance, and operating procedures.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, information management proficiency, and collaborative management style.
• Evidence of strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to work through and identify the root cause of any problem.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
