[Hiring] Regulatory Compliance Consultant @TALENT SHIFT LLC

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced banking regulatory compliance professional to support multiple community bank, credit union and fintech clients on a project basis. This contract role is fully remote and 15-20 hours per week with a duration of 4 months.

• Evaluate and enhance Compliance Management Systems (CMS)
• Support regulatory remediation efforts and corrective action plans
• Assess compliance with consumer lending and deposit regulations
• Evaluate lending operations for compliance and fair banking risks
• Support fair lending and CRA program development and governance
• Support BSA/AML program assessments and independent reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 15+ years of relevant banking regulatory compliance experience
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
