[Hiring] Entity Compliance Specialist @Multiplier Technologies

Role Description

Multiplier is seeking an experienced Entity Compliance Specialist to join our team for the position of Entity Specialist- Compliance. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to provide expert advice to stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all entities within the organization are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

In this role, you will be working closely with various teams to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. You will also be required to provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to, Companies Act, Securities Act, and Employment Act.
• Provide expert advice to stakeholders on compliance matters, including corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Company Secretary with 2-4 years of experience
• Proven experience in corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including Companies Act, Securities Act, and Employment Act
• Ability to provide expert advice to stakeholders on compliance matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Good understanding of entity structuring, including holding companies, subsidiaries, and joint ventures
