[Hiring] Compliance Manager @OCS Group

Role Description

• Ensure all planned compliance visits are completed in accordance with the agreed schedule and that maintenance activities meet all statutory and mandatory requirements.
• Raise remedial works and recommend appropriate corrective actions to maintain compliance and minimise risk across the estate.
• Work closely with the customer to identify concerns and improvement opportunities, agreeing shared goals and action plans.
• Clearly establish and document areas of responsibility to avoid ambiguity and support effective collaboration.
• Develop and maintain the processes and procedures required to ensure compliance across all client sites.
• Complete site audits in line with the agreed programme, accurately reporting compliance issues and monitoring actions through to completion.
• Travel regularly across all 42 client sites throughout England to support audits, compliance activities and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the Facilities Management or building-services industry.
• Strong understanding of statutory and mandatory compliance requirements within the built environment.
• Experience using and configuring CAFM systems, ideally Concept Evolution.
• Strong knowledge of FM service and contract delivery, including the associated commercial implications.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to all 42 client sites across England.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
