[Hiring] Compliance Lead @CrossCheck, Inc.

Role Description

Optio Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Lead to support our Collections and Compliance Departments. This role is responsible for:

• Auditing collection calls
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, client requirements, and company quality standards
• Documenting findings and preparing reports
• Leading and supporting QA Representatives
• Assisting with compliance training, special projects, and investigations

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and auditing incoming and outgoing collection calls
• Documenting audit findings and communicating quality assurance concerns to management
• Preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance reports
• Leading and supporting QA Representatives by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing training
• Staying current on regulations, client requirements, company policies, and procedures
• Assisting with compliance reporting, complaint investigations, client issues, and special projects
• Coordinating collector onboarding and compliance training, tracking required training and testing
• Updating compliance tools, processes, and training materials to support ongoing quality improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze information, exercise sound judgment, and accurately document findings
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and management
