[Hiring] Compliance Investigations Officer @Tenet Healthcare Corporation

Role Description

This position will be responsible for investigating compliance related allegations reported through the Ethics Action Line, Compliance Officer, Privacy Investigation Officer, Law Department and/or any other source.

• Lead the investigation to include interviews, standardizing the resolution plan, remediation, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Officer, Facility Leadership, Privacy Investigations Officer, and Human Resources to recommend corrective/disciplinary action resulting from the investigation.
• Conduct a close-out meeting with the responsible department lead and close the loop with those involved in the investigation, including the complainant and interviewees.
• Maintain compliance with documentation requirements within the Compliance 360.
