[Hiring] Compliance Administrator @Remote Recruitment

Role Description

You'll keep a UK business audit-ready — maintaining policy documentation, tracking training and certifications, and making sure evidence is filed before anyone asks for it. Compliance work is invisible until an auditor asks a question. You will make sure the answer is already filed, dated and easy to find. You will work UK business hours from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain policy, procedure and compliance documentation
• Track staff training, certifications and renewal dates
• Prepare evidence packs and support internal and external audits
• Log incidents, complaints and corrective actions
• Monitor completion of compliance tasks and chase outstanding items
• Produce compliance status reports for management

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, quality or governance administration
• Strong document control and version management habits
• Confident tracking deadlines across many owners
• Clear written English for policy and audit documentation
• Discretion when handling sensitive material

Requirements

• Exposure to ISO standards or a regulated UK sector
• Experience with a compliance or GRC platform
• Understanding of GDPR or data protection record-keeping
