Role Description

The Manager, Communications Strategy and Execution for Corporate Initiatives will be responsible for leading, managing, and executing communications strategy and planning for key corporate initiatives that’ll raise brand awareness, inform, educate, and influence internal and external audiences.

The person in this role needs to be able to respond to needs in a fast-paced environment while also proactively planning to develop and manage ambitious and growing corporate initiatives that are evolving as rapidly as we are. This includes:

• Partnering to define, develop, and implement communication strategies
• Crafting and delivering high-quality content via automated emails personalized with variable data, live webinars, recorded videos, etc.

The individual will foster an environment of collaboration and work closely with company executives, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand needs. They will then strategically build out well-designed measurable campaigns with clear and effective takeaways that drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, degree focus in English, journalism, communications, public relations, or related field is preferred or relevant years of experience
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing communications and brand strategies
• Excellent writing skills and a strong ability to communicate ideas and concepts creatively and concisely
• Passion for finding new and creative ways to reach an audience
• Ability to work across teams and departments in a highly collaborative way
• Strong project management skills; can juggle and organize multiple priorities
• People management experience
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
