This communications role will work closely with North American business teams and key functional partners, including Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, and Compliance. The ideal candidate is an early-career communications professional with strong writing, organizational, and relationship-building skills who is passionate about internal and corporate communications and engagement.

In this role, you will:

• Help manage and optimize our core communications platforms and channels.
• Support communications planning and execution.
• Provide analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of communications programs.
• Develop and deliver content that informs employees, supports business objectives, and strengthens our culture.
• Create campaigns and storytelling that showcase our values, highlight employee experiences, and encourage engagement across communication channels.
• Manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, project-driven environment.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Communications or Marketing.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in communications, marketing communications, employee communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with digital communications platforms and analytics.
• Sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging communications.
