[Hiring] Head of Public Relations @Launch Legends

Role Description

As a part-time Cofounder — Head of PR in an equity-based cofounder role, you will own our public relations strategy end-to-end. Your core mission is to generate a steady stream of high-impact PR announcements, features, and coverage with major players across crypto, blockchain, and tech media—driving massive attention, credibility, and momentum to the Autheo project, its milestones, partnerships, and ecosystem growth.

• Developing and executing a proactive PR strategy that delivers consistent, high-visibility announcements and thought-leadership placement.
• Building and nurturing deep relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and key media outlets in the Web3 space (CoinDesk, CoinTelegraph, Decrypt, The Block, etc.).
• Crafting compelling press releases, media kits, op-eds, bylines, and storytelling assets that translate complex Layer-0 technology into clear, exciting narratives.
• Coordinating tightly with product, partnerships, and marketing teams to maximize coverage around testnet launches, token events, enterprise integrations, and major milestones.
• Managing both proactive outreach campaigns and reactive media opportunities while positioning Autheo as the leading sovereign infrastructure solution.
• Tracking PR performance, media sentiment, and coverage metrics to continuously refine and amplify results.

Key Deliverables

• Secure and publish a consistent volume of high-impact articles, features, press releases, and announcements in major crypto, blockchain, and tech media outlets.
• Create and execute strategic social media postings and campaigns that amplify PR initiatives and drive greater visibility and engagement.
• Proactively build upon and expand existing relationships with journalists, editors, and industry influencers while cultivating new high-value media contacts.
• Deliver measurable PR results through increased media coverage, industry buzz, and attention around Autheo’s key milestones, partnerships, and launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of proven experience in Public Relations specifically within the crypto/blockchain/Web3 industry, with a demonstrated track record of securing major media placements and driving industry buzz.
• Established network of contacts across crypto media, analysts, and key industry players.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills—able to simplify highly technical concepts for broad audiences.
• Deep, current knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem, trends, and media landscape.
• Proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset with experience running high-volume PR programs in fast-moving startup environments.
• Strong passion for decentralized technology and a genuine desire to help bring business on-chain.

Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part-time equity/token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive meaningful equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, plus token allocations as the project progresses. As we scale, there will be clear pathways for increased involvement and impact.
