Role Description

The Communications Specialist leads the strategy, design, and execution of email and SMS campaigns within the Digital Learning customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This role is highly email-build centric, responsible for:

• Coding
• Designing
• Testing
• Deploying dynamic, data-driven communications

These efforts support student acquisition, engagement, and conversion through to graduation.

Qualifications

• Experience in email and SMS campaign management
• Strong coding and design skills
• Ability to test and deploy communications effectively
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Requirements

• Proven track record in digital communications
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
