Role Description

We are seeking an ambitious, friendly, positive, and compassionate Communications Project Manager to join our team. The purpose of the Communications Project Manager is to implement, establish, and maintain systems that facilitate and dictate patient engagement with the practice, including:

• Patient texting
• Patient portal
• Patient form intake
• Appointment waitlist
• Appointment recalls
• Mass patient communications

This includes managing staff access, troubleshooting relevant systems, and completing implementation projects as needed. Developing and reporting on established targets and success metrics is required for each area of existing and incoming projects. These responsibilities are to be performed in coordination with the Leadership across all areas of the practice including Operations, IT, Billing, and Infusion, to ensure a cohesive communication strategy across AARA and LSARA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor / track Patient portal enrollments
• Optimize Digital patient adoption
• Oversee Staff process adoption
• Create and maintain relevant SOPs
• Track, Monitor and facilitate mass patient communications
• Complete strategic planning exercises
• Create and trend analyses relevant to areas of oversight
