Role Description

Join Transformational Health Network (TrHN) as a Telehealth Nursing Business Development Executive. This is a true business development role—not a recruiting position. Your primary responsibility is to:

• Identify healthcare organizations and connect with decision-makers.
• Generate new client accounts and job orders.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Partner with TrHN recruiters to successfully fill the positions you develop.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Cold Calling & Outbound Prospecting
• Nursing Recruitment
• APP Staffing
• Healthcare Staffing Sales
• Healthcare Business Development
• Telehealth Business Development
• Healthcare Workforce Solutions

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new healthcare client relationships.
• Conduct daily outbound calls to healthcare organizations and decision-makers.
• Identify organizations experiencing nursing and healthcare staffing shortages.
• Target nursing, telehealth, behavioral health, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations.
• Build relationships with healthcare executives, HR leaders, administrators, hiring managers, and staffing decision-makers.
• Generate new client accounts, staffing opportunities, and qualified job orders.
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial prospecting through account growth.
• Develop and grow your own book of business.
• Contribute to TrHN's nationwide expansion.
