[Hiring] Strategic Partnerships Manager @TripleTen

Role Description

We are building our B2B/B2G operation in Brazil and looking for a highly entrepreneurial Strategic Partnerships Manager to help us expand across:

• companies
• universities
• NGOs
• workforce development programs
• institutional partnerships

This person will work directly with the Head of Brazilian Market to originate and develop strategic opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and help shape the go-to-market strategy for the region.

What you will do:

• Develop new B2B/B2G partnership opportunities;
• Build relationships with enterprises, universities, NGOs, and institutional partners;
• Lead consultative sales conversations and strategic meetings;
• Structure proposals and partnership models;
• Manage pipeline and partnership development process;
• Help build the commercial playbook for Brazil;

Qualifications

• Experience selling B2B education, corporate learning, workforce development, or EdTech solutions;
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills;
• Comfortable operating in early-stage, fast-moving environments;
• Hands-on and highly proactive;
• Experience with universities, L&D, ESG, employability, or impact-driven initiatives is a strong plus.
